Heart and Hands Ministries, Inc. is an interdenominational, not for profit ministry, founded by Nancy and Tom Minor, which reaches out in evangelism, teaching and humanitarian aid to third world countries.  Currently we have touched, Belarus, Ukraine, Romania, India, Uganda and Nigeria, Mexico, and Haiti.  Check out our Missions page and meet our Field Representative in Uganda!

     We invite other believers to join our hands in reaching out, both to the lost and to our brothers and sisters in these countries, with God's Word as well as material aid.  We partner with national pastors to send them teachings, as well as funnel aid to believers and as an outreach effort to the not yet saved.  We also visit the ministries as much as possible, to build up and edify the believers and to strengthen the pastors in their work.

    We are supported entirely by donations.  Nancy is available for speaking engagements and would love to spark evangelism and missions in the hearts of congregations everywhere.  She is a licensed and ordained Minister under A Great Love, Inc.  She completed her theological studies and graduated from  Victory International Bible Training Center in 1992. (Now named Gary Whetstone School of Biblical Studies.)  She desires for people to come into the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ, and then to walk out their salvation in the fullness and freedom that is found in Christ.  

    What started as a small request for a package of seeds when Tom went on a mission trip with Marilyn Hickey back in 1993, and then for teddy bears with Josh McDowell on a later "Bearlift" crusade, has blossomed into a ministry of their own!

    Nancy and Tom have been married since 1978, and have ministered in such places as city jails, prisons, juvenile lock ups, Serviceman's Center, Christian coffeehouses, as well as street ministry in several cities of the U.S.A.  They have also traveled to some of the countries listed above.  At home they are hooked into their local Church Family; Victory Christian Fellowship of Dover, De.  which is under Pastor June Austin.  They have two cats named, "Inky" and "Mischief." 

    Quite often you will find Tom packing boxes for upcoming shipments.  In 2001 over 300+ boxes full of humanitarian aid had been shipped overseas to orphanages, schools, ministers, Churches and mission outreaches.  Since then, so many boxes have been shipped that we have lost track of how much has been sent out!  We give God all the Glory for what we’ve been able to do thus far!
